Position: MICE Manager
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and manage MICE accounts to meet sales goals.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
- Conduct site inspections and entertain potential clients.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client accounts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a MICE Manager or in a similar sales role within a hotel.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good network of MICE clients and event organizers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Passionate hotelier with a service oriented mindset.
