Position: Director of MICE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the MICE segment.
- Lead the MICE sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and event planners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Director of MICE in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record of achieving significant MICE sales targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent network of contacts within the MICE industry.
- Passionate, dynamic, and results driven professional.
- Superior negotiation and presentation skills.
- In depth knowledge of the Jakarta market is an advantage.
