Position: Director of MICE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the MICE segment.
• Lead the MICE sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and event planners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at industry trade shows and networking events.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Director of MICE in a luxury hotel setting.
• Proven track record of achieving significant MICE sales targets.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent network of contacts within the MICE industry.
• Passionate, dynamic, and results driven professional.
• Superior negotiation and presentation skills.
• In depth knowledge of the Jakarta market is an advantage.
