Position: E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms and extranets.
  • Assist in managing the Channel Manager (SiteMinder) and PMS (VHP) systems.
  • Ensure high accuracy in managing online rates, allotments, and content.
  • Handle data entry and maintain strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate with reservations and sales teams to optimize online bookings.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in E-commerce, Reservations, or Front Office within the hotel industry will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms and their extranets will be an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of Channel Manager (SiteMinder) and PMS (VHP) systems is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing online rates, allotments, and content.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Well-organized and able to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Responsible, proactive, and a team player.
