Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B service
• Excellent guest service, leadership and coaching abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and POS systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain service quality
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and peak periods
