Position: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Qualifications:

• Proven project experience in luxury hotels or integrated resorts
• Strong technical competence across HVAC, MEP and fire life safety
• Experience supporting pre-opening or major repositioning programs
• Leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
