Position: Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled carpentry work, including the maintenance, repair, and installation of hotel furniture, fixtures, and woodwork.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify maintenance needs.

* Build and finish custom items as required, maintaining Park Hyatt’s luxury aesthetic.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, with minimal disruption to guests.
• Assist the engineering team with general maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably within a 5-star hotel maintenance team.
• Skilled in finishing, joinery, and furniture repair.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and building codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude.
• Experience in the Jakarta high-rise building environment.
