Position: Asst. Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Engineer in managing all aspects of the hotel’s engineering and maintenance operations.
• Oversee the preventative maintenance program for all MEP systems, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Lead and supervise the engineering team, managing schedules and work assignments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and energy conservation programs.
• Manage maintenance projects and coordinate with outside contractors for this high-rise Jakarta property.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or senior Engineering Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy conservation.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
