Position: Asst. Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Engineer in managing all aspects of the hotel’s engineering and maintenance operations.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance program for all MEP systems, guest rooms, and public areas.
- Lead and supervise the engineering team, managing schedules and work assignments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and energy conservation programs.
- Manage maintenance projects and coordinate with outside contractors for this high-rise Jakarta property.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or senior Engineering Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy conservation.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
