Position: Chief Engineering
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer in a hotel
- Pre-opening and project management experience required
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
- Ability to manage engineering budget and team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant engineering degree or certification
