Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a large-scale F&B operation.
• Strong operational knowledge of both restaurant and banquet services.
• Excellent guest service, leadership, and staff training skills.
• Good understanding of F&B cost control, budgeting, and P&L.
• Creative and able to contribute to menu planning and promotions.
