Position: Food & Beverage Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, catering services, and social events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and social event organizers.
• Create customized proposals and packages to meet client needs for events and dining.
• Achieve and exceed monthly F&B sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the F&B operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 (One) years experience at 5 star hotel.
• A visionary leader who is technology savvy with excellence office administration, communication and analytical skills.
• Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
• Proven experience in F&B sales, catering sales, or event sales within a luxury hotel.
• Strong network of contacts for F&B related events and sales.
• Excellent negotiation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
• Creative and proactive approach to sales and business development.
