Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage service operations, including restaurants, bars, and in room dining.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Manage the F&B budget, control costs, and analyze performance metrics.
- Train, mentor, and lead the entire F&B service team.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a five star luxury resort.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining, bar operations, and banquet service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- A passion for service excellence and a creative approach to F&B.
- In depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and culinary trends.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Pre opening experience is a significant advantage.
