Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Food & Beverage service operations, including restaurants, bars, and in room dining.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
• Manage the F&B budget, control costs, and analyze performance metrics.
• Train, mentor, and lead the entire F&B service team.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a five star luxury resort.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, bar operations, and banquet service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• A passion for service excellence and a creative approach to F&B.
• In depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and culinary trends.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Pre opening experience is a significant advantage.
