Position: Mixologist

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve innovative and classic cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Develop new beverage concepts, infusions, and signature drinks for the bar menu.
• Mentor and guide junior bartender colleagues, sharing knowledge and techniques.
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and handle any challenges with strong skills.
• Manage bar inventory, control costs, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years’ relevant experience as a Bartender.
• Strong knowledge with the ability to mentor and guide junior bartender colleagues.
• Excellent knowledge of beverages, liquors, and infusions.
• Strong skills in handling guest challenges and opportunities.
• Proven experience in a luxury five star environment.
• WSET certification is a plus.
