Position: Mixologist
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve innovative and classic cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Develop new beverage concepts, infusions, and signature drinks for the bar menu.
- Mentor and guide junior bartender colleagues, sharing knowledge and techniques.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and handle any challenges with strong skills.
- Manage bar inventory, control costs, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years’ relevant experience as a Bartender.
- Strong knowledge with the ability to mentor and guide junior bartender colleagues.
- Excellent knowledge of beverages, liquors, and infusions.
- Strong skills in handling guest challenges and opportunities.
- Proven experience in a luxury five star environment.
- WSET certification is a plus.
