Position: Director of Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in room dining.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize F&B revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the entire F&B management and service team.
- Curate and innovate menus, beverage lists, and promotions in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B outlets.
- Manage F&B budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or Assistant Director in a large scale 5 star luxury hotel.
- Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- In depth knowledge of current F&B trends, fine dining, and extensive banquet operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and maintain the highest service standards.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
