Position: The 18th Restaurant & Lounge Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a fine dining restaurant, rooftop bar, or luxury lounge.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing a high-performing service team.
• Exceptional knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and wine & spirits.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
• Outstanding guest relations and communication skills.
