Position: Sous Chef – Culinary The Restaurant
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in an all-day dining or international cuisine restaurant within a 5-star hotel.
- Strong proficiency in various international cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.
- Passionate about culinary arts and maintaining high standards of quality.
