Position: Hotel Asst. Manager / Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in Front Office (e.g., FO Supervisor, Assistant Manager).
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of front office operations, including PMS and guest service protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
