Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing recreational facilities and guest activities in a resort setting.
• Creative and energetic with a passion for creating engaging leisure programs for all ages.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, or a related field is preferred.
