Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of front office operations and property management systems (PMS).
  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and emergencies effectively.
