Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of front office operations and property management systems (PMS).
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and emergencies effectively.
