Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef role or senior CDP position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a kitchen team.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food costing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative and passionate about culinary arts and menu development.
