Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef role or senior CDP position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a kitchen team.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food costing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative and passionate about culinary arts and menu development.
