Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk team, including Receptionists and Guest Service Agents.
- Manage daily operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Train and mentor new and existing front office staff.
- Manage shift operations, including cash handling and balancing.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering) to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in the same position
- Good communication and organization skills
- Team player with good personality
- Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
