Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4/5-star hotel.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS), preferably Opera.
- A vibrant personality, innovative mindset, and ability to share local stories with guests.
