Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4/5-star hotel.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
• Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS), preferably Opera.
• A vibrant personality, innovative mindset, and ability to share local stories with guests.
