Position: GRO (Japanese Speaking – JLPT N2)

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Japanese, proven with a JLPT N2 certificate.
• Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to provide personalized service to enhance the guest experience
