Position: GRO (Japanese Speaking – JLPT N2)
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Japanese, proven with a JLPT N2 certificate.
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to provide personalized service to enhance the guest experience
