Position: Guest Experience Expert (Concierge)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Concierge in a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Ubud, its attractions, culture, and surrounding areas.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
