Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Proven experience as a Barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods.
- Skilled in latte art, espresso machine operation, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service and upselling skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station.
