Position: Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies.
- Manage social media channels, content creation, and community engagement for the Seminyak property.
- Support PR activities, including media relations, press release distribution, and influencer collaborations in Bali.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, ensuring brand standards are met.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a 5-star Bali resort.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and PR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment in Seminyak.
