Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an international 5-star hotel chain.
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
- Strong culinary creativity and menu engineering skills.
- Proven leadership and financial management capabilities (costing, budgeting).
- Ability to train, develop, and manage a large kitchen brigade.
