Position: Steward Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a stewarding supervisory role in an international hotel.
• Good knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Strong organizational skills for managing cleaning schedules and equipment inventory.
• Ability to lead and train the stewarding team.
• Familiar with dishwashing machinery and cleaning chemicals.
