Position: Demi Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen station.
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area, following all food safety protocols.
- Support the culinary team in inventory management and ordering.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Formal culinary education or equivalent apprenticeship.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and passion for food.
- Based in Belitung or willing to relocate.
