Position: Demi Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen station.
• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area, following all food safety protocols.
• Support the culinary team in inventory management and ordering.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and passion for food.
• Based in Belitung or willing to relocate.
