Position: Greeter (Gading Serpong)

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon their arrival.
• Manage the waiting list and provide accurate wait times to guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance and host station.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Greeter or Host/Hostess.
• Well-groomed with a friendly and welcoming personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Can maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods.
