Position: RnD Chef (Tanjung Duren)
Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and innovate new pastry, bakery, and dessert recipes.
- Analyze industry trends to create appealing and commercially viable products.
- Create standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Conduct product testing and sensory evaluations for feedback and improvement.
- Manage the sourcing and testing of new ingredients for product development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Pastry/Bakery R&D role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Creative and passionate about developing new pastry and bakery products.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food trends.
- HACCP knowledge is a plus.
