Position: Assistant Outlet Manager – Pool & Beach

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the pool and beach food and beverage services.
• Supervise and train service staff to ensure adherence to The Ritz-Carlton’s high standards of service.
• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of the pool and beach areas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
