Position: Assistant Outlet Manager – Pool & Beach
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing all operational aspects of the pool and beach food and beverage services.
- Supervise and train service staff to ensure adherence to The Ritz-Carlton’s high standards of service.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of the pool and beach areas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
- Proven ability to manage a team and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
