Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager – Conservatory

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Conservatory.
• Lead and supervise the service team, providing training and guidance to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Manage guest reservations, seating, and special requests to ensure a flawless dining experience.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of service, food presentation, and ambiance of the outlet.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in F&B service, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service sequences, and fine dining etiquette.
• Proven ability to train and motivate a service team.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest-relations skills.
• A sophisticated demeanor and a passion for hospitality.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software.
