Position: F&B Host – Conservatory

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests to the Conservatory with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Manage all reservations, table allocations, and guest inquiries for the restaurant.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth handover to the service team.
• Maintain an organized host stand and manage the flow of guests during busy periods.
• Serve as a key point of communication between guests and the restaurant team.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
• A polished and professional demeanor with outstanding guest service skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and proficiency with reservation systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with discerning guests.
• A calm and gracious attitude, especially under pressure.
• Team-oriented with a flexible and positive approach.
• Fluency in English is required.
