Hotel Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
- Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational goals and guest satisfaction targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
- Act as the primary representative of the hotel, building strong relationships with guests, clients, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards, company policies, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational management within a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in the local language is an advantage.
