Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire operation of the hotel’s spa, including staff management, guest services, and financial performance.
  • Develop and promote a unique menu of spa treatments and wellness programs.
  • Train and lead a team of therapists and spa attendants to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage the spa’s budget, inventory, and retail sales to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure the spa environment is maintained to the highest standards of luxury, hygiene, and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international chain hotel.
  • Positive, growth-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and open to challenges.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written.
