Banquet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s banquet and catering operations, from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all needs are met.
• Lead and supervise the banquet service team to deliver flawless events.
• Oversee event set-up, service, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Manage banquet budgets, billing, and staff scheduling to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international chain hotel.
• Positive, growth-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and open to challenges.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written.
