Club Lounge Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations of the exclusive Club Lounge, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Provide personalized service to VIP and club-level guests, anticipating their needs.
  • Oversee food and beverage presentations and service within the lounge.
  • Supervise and train the Club Lounge team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to the Club Lounge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong background in F&B service and guest relations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on luxury service standards.
  • Ability to create a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere for guests.
  • Degree in Hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
