Club Lounge Attendant

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in the Club Lounge.
  • Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge area.
  • Restock food, beverages, and other supplies as needed.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding their stay.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in F&B or a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
