Guest Service Center – Daily Worker

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Accurately record and relay guest requests to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide wake-up call services and manage guest messages.
  • Assist with general inquiries and provide information about the hotel.
  • Maintain a log of all activities and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses relevant experience in a similar position within the industry.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and a clear speaking voice.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a call center is an advantage.
