Guest Service Center – Daily Worker
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately record and relay guest requests to the appropriate departments.
- Provide wake-up call services and manage guest messages.
- Assist with general inquiries and provide information about the hotel.
- Maintain a log of all activities and communications.
Qualifications:
- Possesses relevant experience in a similar position within the industry.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a call center is an advantage.
