Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform all check in and check out procedures for guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Guest oriented mindset with a professional and friendly appearance.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
