Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at the hotel entrance with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
• Handle guest deliveries and messages efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and entrance area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the local area is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
