Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and billing with accuracy.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Possesses relevant experience in a similar position within the industry.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
