Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and with a welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Manage reservations and process payments accurately.
• Address and resolve guest issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in using hotel PMS software.
• A positive attitude and a passion for serving guests.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
