Club Lounge Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Club Lounge Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise Club Lounge Attendants and ensure service standards are consistently met.
• Engage with guests, provide assistance, and ensure a memorable lounge experience.
• Monitor lounge cleanliness, presentation, and inventory of supplies.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the Club Lounge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office or F&B supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel lounge.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Good organizational and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel operating systems.
