At Your Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ‘At Your Service’ (AYS) department, the hotel’s central hub for guest requests and communication.
- Ensure all incoming calls and guest requests are handled promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure timely fulfillment of guest needs.
- Train and manage AYS agents to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the AYS experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Call Center Manager or Front Office Manager in a 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
- Proficiency in hotel communication systems and PMS.
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes effectively.
- Fluent in English. A third language is an advantage.
- Calm and professional demeanor, especially during high-pressure situations.
