Barista (Apprentice)

Responsibilities:

• Learn to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverage items.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
• Learn about coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Handle guest payments and operate the POS system under supervision.

Qualifications:

• A strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn the art of a barista.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required, but hospitality school background is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
