Position: Restaurant Manager – Beach Club
What you’ll do:
- Oversee all daily operations of the high volume Beach Club restaurant, ensuring seamless service.
- Manage, train, and schedule the F&B service team to maintain high performance and motivation.
- Ensure exceptional guest service, build rapport with guests, and handle all feedback professionally.
- Drive revenue through upselling, manage operational costs, and oversee inventory and stock control.
- Collaborate with the culinary, bar, and events teams to deliver an integrated and premium guest experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume, luxury or lifestyle beach club or resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands on approach.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B service, modern mixology, and high end restaurant operations.
- Commercially savvy with experience in P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- Fluent in English and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about music, culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
