Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to build a strong client portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and travel agent segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently or within a team to drive results.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, and works well with pressures.
• Strong understanding of the Bandung market.
