Position: F&B Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Food & Beverage division, including all restaurant, bar, and in-villa dining operations.
• Develop innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee F&B budgeting, inventory control, and financial performance for the department.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B team to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, fine dining, and beverage programs.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in P&L management and cost control.
• Pre-opening experience is highly advantageous.
